Football Movement

Football Movement has an in depth-knowledge of the world game of football. With a team of professionals with decades in the sport, and a continuous improving philosophy of the game, we can proudly say that we are one of the Australia’s leading Consultancy Service providers and delivery of Football Programs.

We offer a wide range of Professional Services to Football Clubs, Associations, Coaches, Players and Schools. Our focus is on all aspects related to the sport and the values required to build a successful team such as solidarity, respect, team spirit and effort. From a Technical perspective, our methods are based on combining the most successful technical skills with detailed theoretical sessions to develop players to play as a team. This perfect combination is what has made Spanish Football so successful over the last decade.

On the other hand, our Management Services are based upon the experience and knowledge obtained from working within club environments in Barcelona, Spain and Australia. Our area of expertise ranges from the administration of a club by way of introducing management tools to improve the day to day operations, creating marketing and loyalty strategies, as well as building the sportive structure that forms the foundation to develop a pathway from grassroots to elite teams.

We are also proud to represent players and help them to accomplish their goals to find teams in which they can develop their professional careers. Additionally we organize matches and special events both domestically and internationally.

In 2010, Football Movement began collaborating with Barcelona Club UE Cornellà, one of the most successful youth development Clubs in Spain, and well-known for being the official feeder and grassroots partner of FC Barcelona. To launch the partnership and to experience the Spanish football philosophy for the first time in Australia, 5 members of the staff including the Technical Director were flown to Sydney to conduct two full weeks of coaching sessions to players and coaches. A UEC Youth Development Coordinator has remained in Sydney as the Technical Director of Football Movement to continue implementing the Barcelona football philosophy. This allows us to maintain the link with Spain, continually being updated with the latest advancements in football training techniques.

Our Talent Identification Program offers young Australian players the opportunity to go to Barcelona to train and play in the youth categories of UE Cornellà.  In doing so, taking their development to a higher level and having the opportunity to be scouted by well renowned clubs across Europe.

Football Movement not only sees football as the practice of the sport, but also as what it implies to play within a team and the importance of the management of a club to be successful. We transmit to the youth players, clubs and schools, all the values that are required in a team and organization like work rate, team-building, respect and honesty.
